As a psychologist with the Singapore Police Force from 2012 to 2023, Erin had overseen various portfolios including resilience, counselling, operational readiness, organisational diagnostics and more.

Erin is passionate in the area of training and strives to equip police officers with psychological knowledge and skills in an interactive, fun and inspiring learning environment. She is experienced in conducting supervisory care workshops for middle management across the Home Team Departments.
