Norsiah Jumaen has been involved in the Education and Learning & Development industry for over two decades and has acquired a matrix of competencies in Training and Curriculum & Instructional Design. Her teaching and workshops focus on workplace communication, speaking, and coaching eg., Communicate to Influence, Presentation Skills, Executive Coaching, Effective Business Writing, Business English, Guide to Pronunciation, and Train-the-Trainer.
Continuous education through lifelong learning is Norsiah’s passion, and a passion she instils in her learners. She uses pedagogical approaches and authentic workplace materials to ensure that her learners understand, construct, internalize and naturalize the acquired skills and knowledge.
