Terms & Conditions for POLWEL’s promotions for Home Team Day 2024
POLWEL
– The promotion is valid from 24 February 2024 to 23 March 2024.
– The promotion is valid online and in-store at the POLWEL office and the souvenir counter in the Police Heritage Centre.
– All promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions.
– POLWEL reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.
GAIN CITY
– The promotion is valid from 24 February 2024 to 23 March 2024.
– The promotion is valid only on the POLWEL-GAIN CITY order form.
– GAIN CITY reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.
– Order and Payment
1. Applicable for Home Team officers only.
2. This promotion is valid exclusively through POLWEL and not at any Gain City retail outlets or online stores.
3. Upon full payment received, delivery will be arranged within 7 business days.
4. Payment must be made via this form for order to be confirmed.
5. Payment upon delivery is strictly not accepted.
6. No cancellation or exchange is allowed after order is placed.
– Delivery by Gain City
1. For purchase below $1650, a nominal fee of $30 delivery charge will apply. Delivery applies to lift access and one location, same level and unit.
2. For purchase above $1650, free delivery will apply. Free delivery applies to lift access and one location, same level and unit.
3. Self collection can be done at Gain City’s Sungei Kadut warehouse. Monday to Friday, time 11am to 5pm (avoid 12pm to 1pm)
4. Home Team officers are required to sign on Gain City’s Delivery Order upon receipt of goods. Home Team officers must keep the DO for warranty purposes.
5. Delivery to restricted areas with security clearance will warrant an additional $80 delivery charge.
6. There will be no installation services for this promotional campaign.
7. No delivery will be made to any address outside Singapore.
8. Delivery to the first level is free of charge (e.g. delivery to the ground floor is free) + $30 to each subsequent non-lift accessible level (i.e. staircase delivery of an appliance to a non-lift accessible 3rd level, such as level 3 of a semi-detached house will cost $60).
9. A separate delivery charge of $30 will be imposed if the cancellation is made after our delivery team has already been activated to make the delivery.
10. In the event of failed delivery, Gain City will charge $30 accordingly for every delivery made.
11. Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd requires 7 business days to arrange delivery. As such, same day delivery request is not allowed.
12. Installation and Wall Mount Services are not applicable.
13. Stock is subject to availability upon confirmation. Reservation of stock is not allowed.
– Returns, Refunds and Exchange
1. Gain City do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
2. Gain City only accept returns if wrong model is delivered or defective products.
3. For defective products, Home Team officers to send email to kelleenlee@gaincity.com with Gain City DO.
a) Details of the issue, supporting images and video must be reported within 8 days from delivery date.
b) Gain City will report the issue to the brands to get approval for 1-1 exchange within 8 days from delivery date – this is the SOP set by the brands.
c) Once brands have approved the exchange, Gain City will schedule a collection/delivery schedule for the exchange based on the officer’s availability. Gain City will bear the delivery charge.
d) Do note that Gain City will only accept full set with undamaged carton.
e) If issue is reported after 8 days from delivery date, the officer will have to approach with the respective brands service centre. The officer would have to produce Gain City DO for warranty purposes.
4. For wrong models, Home Team officers to send email to kelleenlee@gaincity.com with Gain City DO.
a) Details of the issue, supporting images and video must be reported within 8 days from delivery date.
b) Gain City will arrange collection and delivery of the correct model at the earliest schedule, based on the officer’s availability. Gain City will bear the delivery charge.
c) Do note that Gain City will only accept unused full set with undamaged carton.
d) Gain City will reject any exchange if the officer’s wrong order is used and and/or damaged carton.
e) Gain City will not be able to make any exchange if the issue is reported after 8 days from delivery date.
GOLDBELL
– The promotion is valid from 24 February 2024 to 23 February 2025.
– The promotion is valid only on the GOLDBELL’s website – Short-term Rental / Long-term Leasing / Limousine Disposal Services.
– GOLDBELL reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.
– All promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions.
– Insurance Criteria
• Between 23 years to 65 years old
• More than 1 year of driving experience
• Strictly no coverage for below 23 years old
• For drivers above 65 years old or less than 1 year of driving experience, an additional excess of $1,500 / $3,000 (SG/Malaysia) will be applicable. Subjected to insurer’s approval.
– Short-term Rental
• Self-Collection/ Return at 10 Raeburn Park, #02-01, Singapore 088702
• No Travelling to Malaysia
• Deposit of min $500 to 1-month rental will be applicable depending on lease duration (refundable at end of lease)
• Mandatory Giro (applies for more than 1 month rental)
• Subjects to Hirer’s credit evaluation
– Long-term Leasing
• Comprehensive Package (includes collection/ delivery, Malaysia usage etc)
• Deposit of 2-months rental will be applicable (refundable at end of lease)
• Mandatory Giro
• Subjects to Hirer’s credit evaluation
– Limousine Disposal Services
• Comprehensive Package (includes collection/ delivery, Malaysia usage etc)
• Deposit of 2-months rental will be applicable (refundable at end of lease)
• Mandatory Giro

HOMINO
– The promotion is valid from 24 February 2024 to 23 March 2024.
– The promotion is valid only for orders through the HOMINO’s website or WhatsApp/Telegram to 80176772.
